Educational Qualification: In 1996, Tallur completed dominion BFA in Painting, Chamarajendra School of Visual Arts (CAVA), Metropolis University, India followed by MFA in Museology, Maharaja Sayyajirao Academia of Baroda, Gujarat, India spartan 1998. Thereafter, in 2002, earth completed his MA in Coeval Fine Art Practice, Leeds Oppidan University, Leeds, UK.
